Discounts

We offer the following discounts on large orders: 10% off of orders over $100, 20% off orders over $200, 30% off orders over $300 and 40% off orders over $400. Your order form will not show these discounts, but we will deduct them before processing your order and before your credit card is charged.

These discounts apply to products for use by a single customer. For example, if you place an order for 25 different seasons for your own use, you would earn a 30% or 40% discount, depending on the total value of the order.

With one exception, these discounts do not apply to orders covering more than one person. For example, a league commissioner cannot earn a 40% discount by placing an order for 24 copies of the current Season Disk for use by league members.

The exception is that we can offer discounts on the initial purchase of games and season disks for leagues that are switching from a competitor's game to Diamond Mind Baseball. If your league is considering a switch to Diamond Mind, send us an email and we'll put together a price quote that is specific to your situation.

Shipping

Orders placed by noon Pacific time, Monday to Friday, will be shipped no later than the next business day, and most often the same business day. Shipment may be delayed if we need to contact you about your order. Orders placed between noon Friday and noon Monday will be shipped Monday (most of the time) or Tuesday (if Monday is a holiday or if we're especially busy). We do not ship or send email on weekends or holidays.

If your order includes only one or more Season Disks, we can ship them via email. Orders including a new game or an upgrade cannot be sent via email. Email shipments are sent at the end of our business day.

NOTE: E-mail delivery of a season disk involves downloading an attached file (up to 500KB in size) then finding and renaming that file. If you are not familiar with downloading e-mail attachments and overcoming any restrictions your e-mail system may place on attachments, please do not select the e-mail delivery option.

Our shipping charges are as follows: US First Class Mail ($5); US Priority Mail ($7); US Overnight Mail ($20); First Class Mail International ($5); Priority Mail International (where available,$13); E-Mail (no charge, available only for season disks).

NOTE: Because of the added weight, first-class mail and air mail shipping rates are not available for orders including the Bill James Handbook.

NOTE: Priority Mail is a service of the US post office. The post office claims that Priority Mail is delivered in 2-3 days to most locations. Faster delivery is not guaranteed, and packages sent this way cannot be tracked.

Advance Orders

Due to popular demand, we sometimes take advance orders for products that are not yet shipping. If you place an advance order, it will be handled in one of the following ways:

An order containing only advance order items will be held until the items are ready for shipment. We will charge your credit card when the advance items are ready to ship.

If you place an order that includes both advance items and items currently shipping, we will charge your credit card immediately for all of the items on the order, ship what we can right away, and ship the remaining items when they are available. You will incur only one shipping charge.

If you wish to order a mix of advance items and items that are currently shipping, but do not want your credit card to be charged for the full amount right away, please enter two separate orders. You will be charged for shipping on each order, but we won't charge your card for each order until the items on that order are about to ship.

Privacy

When your order through our online store, we use the information you provide solely to process and ship your order and to register you as an owner of the products you purchase. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute your information to anyone for any purpose.
